Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Tanah BCN, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER's personal data and informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. The processing activities envisaged are as follows:
- Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, whether currently existing or developed in the future, that enables commercial communications to be made. On what legal basis can we process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR on the following legal bases:
- With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- On the basis of the DATA CONTROLLER's legitimate interest: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc. at the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your personal data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or for as long as required by applicable legal obligations. Once the data is no longer necessary for these purposes, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or its complete destruction.
Who do we share your personal data with?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or displayed in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for their request to be processed by the service provider, while providing data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes to such data.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs the USER that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all the requested data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to the USER's needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies and measures to comply with the security requirements established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise such rights.

Una cosa importante: he mantenido “Social Media Privacy Policy” como título porque es el nombre que estabas traduciendo en PrestaShop, pero el contenido que has pegado es en realidad una política general de protección de datos, no específicamente una política de privacidad de redes sociales.
Si esta página va a llamarse en español “Política de privacidad en redes sociales”, yo revisaría también el contenido para que realmente corresponda a redes sociales. Si simplemente es vuestra política general de privacidad, en inglés sería mucho más correcto llamarla “Privacy Policy”.
