Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Tanah BCN, S.L., hereinafter referred to as the DATA CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, and that it is responsible for processing the user's personal data carried out through these social networks. The DATA CONTROLLER informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). The following information regarding the processing of personal data is therefore provided:

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the DATA CONTROLLER, which may include the following activities:

On what legal basis can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR, whereby the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has chosen to follow the DATA CONTROLLER's social media profile, thereby showing an interest in the information published on it. Therefore, when the USER requests to follow our official profiles, they provide their consent to the processing of the personal data published on their profile.
The USER may access the privacy policies of the relevant social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The DATA CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's publicly available information, particularly their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file held by the DATA CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: personal data will be retained for as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as set out in this Privacy Policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data disclosure: information provided by the USER through the DATA CONTROLLER's social media profiles, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services used by the USER, and may therefore become publicly available to other users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they wish to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, delete or deactivate them, as well as disable any third-party application they no longer wish to use.
No disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is envisaged, except where strictly necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, in which case data may be shared with our communications-related service providers, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by applicable privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights available to the USER: these rights may only be exercised in relation to information under the control of the DATA CONTROLLER.

The right to withdraw consent at any time

The right to access, rectify, transfer and delete their personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The DATA CONTROLLER will carry out the following activities:

Accessing publicly available information on the profile

Publishing on the USER's profile any information already published on the DATA CONTROLLER's social media profile

Sending personal and individual messages through the social network's channels

Publishing page status updates that will appear on the USER's profile
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, they must access their privacy settings.
3. PUBLICATIONS
Once the USER becomes a follower of or joins the DATA CONTROLLER's social media profile, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the relevant copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of any affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that is contrary to or may be contrary to morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or applicable law, is expressly prohibited.
In such cases, the DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The DATA CONTROLLER shall not be held responsible for content freely published by a USER.
The USER should be aware that their publications will be visible to other users and that they are therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the DATA CONTROLLER, although they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
Access to and registration through the DATA CONTROLLER's social media profiles is prohibited for persons under 14 years of age. If the USER has limited legal capacity, the involvement of their parent or legal guardian, or their legal representative, will be required by means of a valid document proving such representation.
The DATA CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of its social media profiles by minors or persons with limited legal capacity. The DATA CONTROLLER's social media profiles do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. Therefore, if the USER is under 14 years of age, they must not register, use the DATA CONTROLLER's social media profiles or provide any personal information.
