Wood Vase

This teak vase is handcrafted from solid teak wood, carved to preserve an irregular silhouette reminiscent of an antique vessel. Its small opening at the top means it is primarily intended as a decorative piece.

The surface reveals the wood’s natural growth rings, small sections, and reliefs characteristic of the trunk, together with irregularities that add texture and character. Its distinctive handle, integrated into the wood itself, completes its warm and sculptural form, making it perfect for decorating consoles, sideboards, or shelves.

Teak is a tropical hardwood highly valued in interior design for its strength, stability, and naturally high oil content, which helps preserve the wood and allows it to age beautifully. Its warm tones deepen over time, creating a natural and welcoming feel.

This vase stands out for the richness of detail found within the wood itself. Its different levels, markings, grain patterns, and small cavities create a richly textured surface, while the open side handle adds lightness to its volume. The narrow opening enhances its sculptural character, making it primarily a decorative object.

For maintenance, simply clean it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging it in water or using abrasive products or harsh chemicals.
