    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Teak is valued for its durability and natural oils, which contribute to its resilience. Its dense grain allows solid forms to be shaped while preserving the richness of the material.

BARI is made from a single piece of teak, with no joints between the seat and its supports. This process requires selecting a suitable block and shaping it with respect for its structure. The result is an exclusive stool whose beauty comes from the wood itself and the balance between raw material and craftsmanship.

To care for its varnished surface, remove dust with a soft cloth. When needed, use a slightly damp cloth and dry afterwards. Avoid alcohol, solvents and abrasive cleaners.
