    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

To keep this mirror immaculate, simply remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. For the wood, a slightly damp cloth can occasionally be used, avoiding harsh products.
