Petrified wood is the result of an extraordinary natural process. Over thousands or even millions of years, buried organic wood is gradually replaced by minerals, preserving its original structure, patterns and grain. The result is stone that retains the visual memory of the tree from which it came.

This tray preserves that unique character. Every vein, variation in tone and subtle irregularity forms part of its identity.

For care, simply clean it gently with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive or harsh chemical products. It is a piece to enjoy without haste, displayed openly and allowed to bring its natural beauty and character into the home.
