Petrified wood is formed through an extraordinary natural process in which wood, after remaining buried for millions of years, gradually has its organic matter replaced by minerals until it becomes almost entirely stone.

In this piece, the handcrafted finish reveals the ancient grain and patterns of the original wood, now mineralised, ensuring that no two trays are ever alike.

Its considerable hardness and weight give it the presence of a solid and exceptional piece, making it equally striking as a decorative object in its own right.

For cleaning, we recommend using a soft, slightly damp cloth and drying it afterwards. Avoid chemical, acidic or abrasive products that could alter the surface finish.
