    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

This shelf is supplied without mounting brackets, allowing you to choose the installation system that best suits your space and requirements.

To keep the wood in excellent condition, simply remove dust regularly with a soft cloth or feather duster. If necessary, clean with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately afterwards. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products, as they may damage the wood's finish.
