    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Xylopal, also known as petrified wood, is the result of a natural process lasting millions of years in which the organic matter of the tree is gradually replaced by minerals, preserving its original structure transformed into stone. Each piece is unique and irreplaceable.

For maintenance, gentle cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth is recommended. Avoid aggressive or abrasive chemical products that could alter the matte finish of the top.
