    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Onyx is a natural stone of mineral origin, formed over thousands of years, which explains its unique veining, translucency and variations.

To create this washbasin, a block of stone is carefully selected, then carved and hollowed by hand until its final form is achieved. This delicate process preserves the natural irregularities of the material, making each washbasin truly one of a kind.

Due to the nature of the stone, slight variations and imperfections may occur and are part of its authenticity.

For its care, we recommend using water and mild soap with a soft cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive products, bleach and scouring pads that could damage the stone.
