    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Onyx is a natural stone of mineral origin, formed slowly over thousands of years. Its distinctive composition creates layers, veining and areas with varying degrees of translucency, making every block completely unique.

To create this washbasin, the stone is carved and hollowed by hand, adapting the process to the characteristics of each block while respecting its natural irregularities. Small fissures, changes in texture and variations across the surface are inherent to the material and make every piece truly unique.

For cleaning, we recommend using water and mild soap applied with a soft cloth. Avoid acidic products, limescale removers, bleach, abrasives and scouring pads that could damage the stone.
