    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Onyx is a natural stone particularly valued for its translucent beauty, delicate veining and exceptionally rich tones. Each mineral formation features patterns and irregularities that make every washbasin truly one of a kind.

For cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth with water and pH-neutral soap, then drying the surface. Avoid acidic products, limescale removers, abrasives and scouring pads to preserve the polished finish and natural beauty of the onyx.
