    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Travertine onyx is a natural stone particularly valued in interior design for the richness of its layers, warm tones, and depth of pattern. Although its appearance resembles travertine, it belongs to the onyx family and has its own distinctive character, with a sophisticated palette of cream, sand, and beige tones.
