    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

La terracota es un material cerámico de origen natural, elaborado a partir de arcilla que se moldea y se cuece a altas temperaturas. Su aspecto cálido y mineral hace que cada pieza pueda presentar pequeñas variaciones de tono y textura.

NERJA destaca por su composición de formas: un cuerpo generoso y redondeado, un cuello estrecho y una abertura discreta. Su acabado mate y envejecido incorpora relieves y marcas irregulares que refuerzan su carácter artesanal y le dan apariencia de pieza recuperada.

Para conservarla en buen estado, recomendamos limpiarla con un paño suave y seco o ligeramente humedecido. Para una limpieza más profunda, puede utilizarse agua con jabón neutro, evitando productos abrasivos, estropajos y sustancias ácidas que puedan deteriorar el acabado.
