    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Made from terracotta, this piece begins with a natural material whose porous character allows its appearance to evolve over time. Its finish is not an artificial effect created to imitate ageing, but the result of exposure to outdoor conditions that have gradually transformed its surface.

Sunlight, humidity and environmental changes have left their mark on the terracotta, adding depth and an authentic appearance that makes each piece different. Its generous proportions and volume make it highly decorative even without flowers or branches, particularly when displayed as a floor piece.

To preserve the finish, simply remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical or abrasive cleaning products and excessive use of water.
