    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Terracotta is a ceramic material made from natural clay and fired at high temperatures. It is valued in interior design for its warmth and the variety of finishes it can achieve, from smooth surfaces to textures with an antique appearance.
