    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Onyx is a natural stone of exceptional beauty, formed over thousands of years through mineral deposits that create its characteristic veining and variations in colour. Each block has a different natural pattern, meaning that no two pieces are exactly alike.

This stool is crafted from a solid block of onyx, preserving the stone’s organic and irregular shape at both ends. The central section is polished to enhance its natural veining, while the semi-polished finish retains part of the stone’s raw character.

Maintenance is simple. To clean it, use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild soap. We recommend avoiding acidic or abrasive products and scouring pads, as they may damage or alter the surface of the stone.
