    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

This stool is crafted from petrified wood, an exceptional material formed through a natural process spanning millions of years. During this time, the wood lies buried and, little by little, its fibres are replaced by minerals, whilst its structure remains intact, transforming it into a true work of nature. This phenomenon results in unique grain patterns and a one-of-a-kind palette of colours, created by the presence of minerals such as iron, manganese and silica.

Each piece is unique; no two are alike. To maintain its beauty, simply wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive or acidic products that could damage its finish.
