Wood Seat

This petrified wood stool preserves all the beauty of the original tree trunk, with a silhouette that is slightly wider at the top and gently tapers towards the base.

Its palette combines shades of cream, beige and light brown, crossed by darker grain and striking mineral patterns that flow throughout the piece. The growth rings of the ancient tree can still be seen on the upper surface.

A sculptural piece with a striking presence, perfect beside a sofa or armchair, or used as a side table.

Petrified wood is the result of an extraordinary natural process that takes millions of years, during which the organic matter of the tree is gradually replaced by minerals until it becomes stone. This is what gives it its hardness, weight and unique patterns that cannot be artificially reproduced.

In this piece, the upper cut reveals the ancient growth rings, while the sides display variations in tone and mineral veining in shades of cream, honey and brown. Its polished finish enhances the depth of these nuances, making every angle appear different.

For cleaning, we recommend using a soft, slightly damp cloth and drying afterwards. Avoid abrasive, acidic or harsh chemical products to preserve its finish.
