    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Teak is considered the queen of woods for its exceptional resistance, stability and ability to age beautifully. It is particularly durable and naturally resistant to humidity, making MURANO equally suitable for a bathroom, where it brings warmth and understated sophistication.

For maintenance, simply remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. For the frame, a slightly damp cloth can occasionally be used, avoiding harsh products. For the mirror, apply glass cleaner to the cloth rather than directly onto the glass, preventing any contact with the wood.
