    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

For the JAKARTA Organic Teak Mirror, we have reclaimed an antique piece, making use of its original roots and natural shapes to create a composition full of character.

The root is arranged by hand, seeking balance, openness, and movement around the mirror. We do not seek perfect lines, but rather respect the natural character of each piece and make it part of the décor. Its natural finish allows the essence of the wood to be appreciated without artifice.

For cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth or one slightly dampened with water. Avoid abrasive or chemical products and excessive moisture, and always dry the piece after cleaning.
