    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Onyx is a natural stone valued for the richness of its mineral formations and colour variations. In this sink, the solid structure of the stone reveals its different layers and tones, while the inner carving creates the basin and integrated drainage opening.

Each piece retains small irregularities, pores and natural variations characteristic of the stone, making every sink completely unique.

For cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth and water, drying the surface after each use. Avoid abrasive products, acids, limescale removers and harsh cleaning agents, as they may alter the finish and surface of the onyx.
