    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

The natural stone used for OSTUNI has been professionally polished to bring out the material’s natural sheen, enhancing its crystalline and translucent appearance. Its different layers and mineral formations create variations in colour and depth, making each sink unique.

The exterior retains an organic, slightly irregular appearance, while the interior has been carefully carved to create a spacious and functional basin, preserving the solid character of the stone. The piece also features a water-repellent treatment that helps protect the surface against water absorption and makes it easier to maintain.

For cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth with water and mild soap. Afterwards, dry the surface to prevent moisture from accumulating. Do not use acidic products, limescale removers, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
