    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Onyx is a natural stone particularly prized for its rich colours, unique veining and the depth revealed by polishing. In this piece, the smooth interior showcases its cream, ivory and honey tones, while the exterior retains a more mineral and expressive texture.

With its sculptural presence, it looks especially elegant as a countertop washbasin, paired with teak wood, natural stone, microcement or neutral surfaces. Ideal for sophisticated bathrooms where the washbasin can take centre stage.

For cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth with water and pH-neutral soap, then drying the surface. Avoid acidic products, limescale removers, bleach, abrasive cleaners and scouring pads that could damage the stone.
