    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Ceramic is made by firing natural clay, a process that gives the piece strength while preserving the subtle irregularities characteristic of handcrafted work. Its construction reflects an artisanal tradition in which every jug displays slight differences that cannot be reproduced identically.

This piece can be displayed on its own beside a built-in bench, a limewashed wall or at the end of a sofa. Its generous volume can help define a room, fill an empty corner or introduce an antique contrast into a contemporary interior. It may also be styled with large dried branches, provided they do not conceal the shape of the jug.

For its care, we recommend removing dust with a dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush. Avoid scouring pads, abrasive products and chemical cleaners, as these may alter the original surface. The photograph shows the exact piece you will receive.
