    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Suar wood is a tropical hardwood valued for its strength, durability and remarkable visual richness. Its grain naturally reveals contrasts, subtle cracks, knots and variations in colour, all of which are part of the material itself and give every piece its authentic character.

In an interior, suar looks particularly refined alongside honest materials such as natural stone, lime plaster, linen, handmade ceramics and woven fibres. It feels at home in Mediterranean houses and calm, light-filled spaces where the connection with nature is effortless rather than overtly rustic.

To keep it looking beautiful, simply dust with a soft cloth and, when necessary, wipe gently with a slightly damp one. Avoid abrasive products, waxes and harsh cleaners that could alter the matt finish.

The result is a sculptural statement with just the right amount of character: natural, sophisticated and timeless.
