    Returns

    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Carrara onyx is a natural stone valued for its light tones and beautiful veining, which runs through each piece in a unique and unrepeatable way. Its cream, beige and sand shades create a richly textured surface, where the natural mineral structure becomes part of the design.

This stool has been crafted from a block of stone, carefully cut and assembled to achieve precise geometry and well-defined edges. Its hollow interior lightens the structure and reduces the overall weight of the piece, while preserving the presence and solidity inherent to natural stone.

The surface is protected with a polyurethane finish, which creates a protective layer and helps prevent liquids and other substances from penetrating easily, reducing the risk of staining and making the piece easier to maintain.

To clean it, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Avoid acids, limescale removers, scouring pads and abrasive products.
