    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Aged tropical wood has a strength and richness that are best appreciated up close. On LUISIANA, time has left grooves, tonal variations and small irregularities that make its frame one of a kind. The deep colour belongs to the wood itself; it has not been darkened with varnish.

Its generous proportions look beautiful hung horizontally above a sofa or console. With suitable fixings, it can also be hung vertically to lend a sense of space to a bedroom or dressing room. Its versatile shape allows it to feel at home in different rooms, while the character of the frame always draws the eye.

To care for it, dust the wood with a soft, dry cloth. Apply glass cleaner to the cloth rather than directly to the mirror, and keep moisture away from the frame.
