    The deadline to request a return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

    For returns requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or transport damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Tanah within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. Once the issue is verified, Tanah will cover the corresponding costs.

Onyx is a natural stone rich in minerals, valued for the depth of its colours, distinctive veining, and natural variations found in every block. In the PORTINATX model, cream, honey, grey, and brown tones blend into irregular bands that run across the surface, making each piece genuinely unique.

Its craftsmanship respects the natural character of the stone. The interior is carefully shaped and polished to create a smooth, satin-like surface that enhances the natural pattern of the onyx. In contrast, the exterior retains a matte, rough texture with a much more organic character, giving the piece a particularly sophisticated aesthetic.

For cleaning, simply use a soft, slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid acidic or abrasive products, harsh limescale removers, and scouring pads, as they may alter the natural finish of the stone. With simple care, the onyx will preserve its beauty for many years.
